24-hour shipping for in-stock products

For standard products held in permanent stock, any order placed before 2:00 PM is shipped the same day.

For non-stocked or custom-made products, we guarantee delivery as soon as possible. Our sales department will provide a precise lead time upon order confirmation.

Lead Times

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are ex-warehouse. In accordance with our general terms and conditions, a delay cannot justify order cancellation or give rise to damages.

Transport

Unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation, goods travel at the recipient’s risk (default Incoterm EXW).

We invite you to check the condition of the packages upon receipt. In the event of damage or missing items, please state precise and detailed reservations on the transport document and confirm them to the carrier by registered letter within three days of receipt, sending us a copy.
